RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

CANDLE GUARANTEE

We guarantee that your candle will not tunnel or burn down the middle. If we don't live up to this promise, we insist that you tell us and we'll rush you another candle for free. We reserve the right to request and receive visual evidence and deny claims of abuse and misuse.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns of unopened and unused products in its original packaging within 7 days from the day it is delivered. Please contact us at returns@navabella.com to obtain a return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Excludes closeouts and where otherwise stated. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES

We gladly accept exchanges of unopened and unused products in its original packaging within 7 days from the day it is delivered. Please contact us at exchanges@navabella.com to obtain an exchange approval. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days from the shipping date at support@navabella.com. Product discoloration is a part of the natural occurrence caused by the soy wax interacting with the oils. This discoloration is not a defect and will not affect the performance of your candle.
