UPON ARRIVAL

When your order arrives, please inspect it carefully. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours at support@navabella.com with photos of the item and packaging. We're here to make it right.

BEFORE YOU LIGHT

Trim the Wick
Before each burn, trim the wick to ¼ inch. This prevents excess soot and ensures a clean, even flame.
Burn Long Enough
Let the wax pool reach the edges of the container—usually within 1–3 hours—to avoid tunneling and extend the life of your candle.

Keep Out of Reach

Use Within 6 Months
Because our fragrances are made with natural essential oils and clean ingredients, they are best enjoyed within 6 months of purchase for peak scent throw and freshness. Over time, the intensity of the fragrance may soften—this is completely normal.
