SHIPPING POLICY
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping (5–7 business days) on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the selected method and destination. Expedited orders are subject to standard processing times unless otherwise noted.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen delays.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. NAVABELLA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. NAVABELLA ships to addresses within the United States only.
UNDELIVERABLE OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with your local carrier, household members, or neighbors. NAVABELLA is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the carrier. However, we are happy to provide tracking details to assist you in filing a claim directly with the shipping provider.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. NAVABELLA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If you realize an error, please contact support@navabella.com as soon as possible.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@navabella.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAVABELLA disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to shipping, including but not limited to delivery delays, lost or stolen packages, and errors in customer-provided shipping information. NAVABELLA’s maximum liability, if any, is limited to the original purchase price of the affected item(s).
