RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

RETURNS

We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@navabella.com to obtain a return authorization.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Final sale items, closeouts, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

  • NAVABELLA is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

EXCHANGES

NAVABELLA is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.EXCHANGES We offer exchanges for unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, contact us at exchanges@navabella.com for written approval before shipping the item back.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

  • Exchanges are subject to current product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.


NAVABELLA reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not comply with these terms.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@navabella.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and original packaging so that we can assess the issue and offer a resolution.

 

Please note that natural discoloration or texture variations in soy wax products may occur due to the interaction of fragrance oils and are not considered defects.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAVABELLA shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products. We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the policy criteria stated above.
